I purchased the 48v "sport" model and have had it a little over a month now. I installed the kit on a Specialized Crosstrail hybrid. Had to request the hub be installed on a 700c rim and was acommadated. Overall, I am very pleased with the results of the bike and the customer service I recieved. I intend to purchase a larger battery (currely get about 7-8 miles per charge with the 9ah lithium battery) but I would recomend this kit highly. Thanks Don and feel free to post the pic if you like.

I bought this kit during one of EV-Universe's sales. They were pretty helpful before and after buying the kit. They even took extra photos of the kit to help answer my questions. I haven't had any problems with the kit yet, so I can't comment on their support. Installing the kit on my bike was a little tricky at first (getting the hub motor to fit between the fork legs), but after that everything was a breeze. I've clocked the bike at over 35 mph. A great kit.
