Return Policy:

 

 

 1) Please Contact Us to Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number

• Please email us at support@ev-universe.com to receive an RMA number before returning your items to us.

• In your email please indicate the reason you wish to return the item.

 

2) Return Address and Labeling

• Please return the product to us at the address below.
• Please write the RMA# on the outside of the packaging.

3) Return Timeframe

• Please obtain an RMA number from us within 5 days of your receipt of item in order to be eligible for return.

 

4) Restocking Fee

• Please note that returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

 

5) Return Shipping/Insurance

• Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance.

 

6) Original Shipping Costs Non-Refundable 

• Please note that credit will be issued for the returned product only, not the original shipping charges.

 

7) Exchanges

• If you wish to exchange an item purchased, we will issue a store credit for the full purchase price (not including shipping) and apply this credit to the replacement item(s) after receiving the shipment.

 

8) Return of Incorrect Item

• EV Universe makes every effort to ensure your orders are handled accurately and expeditiously.  In the unlikely event, however, that you have received an item that is not what you had ordered, we will either refund your item or offer a store credit. We will also waive the 15% restocking fee.

 

Warranty Policy:

• Tires and tubes are NOT covered by a warranty.

• Products (motors, controllers and other components, kits and vehicles) are covered by manufacturer's warranties, as/if applicable.

• If you have a defective item, we may direct you to send your product back to the manufacturer.
